Founded in March 2005, Yan'an Jiasheng Petroleum Machinery Co., Ltd. covers an area of 102 mu, with an investment of 330 million yuan and 220 employees. It is a large-scale modern petroleum pipe processing enterprise in Northwest China, with an annual production capacity of 300000 tons of oil pipes and casings, 1 million matching couplings and an output value of 2.3 billion yuan. Yan'an Jiasheng is a first-class supplier of China National Petroleum Corporation. Its products are mainly sold to Changqing Oilfield, Xinjiang Oilfield, Chuanqing drilling company, Yan'an oil and gas company, PetroChina coalbed methane company and Sulige oilfield under PetroChina. It is also a major supplier of Yanchang group. At the same time, it is also exported to Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and other countries and regions.

Yan'an Jiasheng has established the first academician workstation in the northwest of China. In May 2019, the company established "Yan'an Jiasheng academician workstation" in cooperation with Li Helin, academician of the Academy of engineering, and established a long-term strategic cooperation relationship with Petroleum Management Engineering Technology Research Institute of CNPC where Li Helin is located.
